U9 SQUAD INFO

I coach the under 9’s squad for Ropsley Colts. I qualified as an FA coach in 2014. I take a friendly approach to the grass roots game and ensure that all players are welcomed and get equal playing time. It is important to me to consistently develop the skills of each individual player recognising that they have differing abilities.
