Ropsley Colts was established in 2012 and currently enjoy a membership approaching 120 children. We are affiliated to the Lincs FA and compete in the Onyx Teamwear Grantham Youth League which has won a number of awards for its commitment to grass roots football. We have an U5, U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11 and U12 squad.
We train on Saturday mornings 9am – 10.30, September through May with appropriate weeks off which coincide with Christmas, Easter and half terms. League matches take place on a Saturday or Sunday – if on a Saturday they take the place of training – league matches run on a shorter season than training mid Sept to early Dec and Feb to April.
Club Membership for the year is £140.
Regarding membership costs we have an aspiration to cover all costs where possible through fund raising and sponsorship which keeps costs down for parents and makes the club more inclusive and community minded.
Team kits are sponsored so there is no charge and they are allocated on an annual basis.
